To make a withdrawal, log in to your the TopFX Client Area and complete a withdrawal request form. Please note that all withdrawals must be made via the same method you used to deposit. At TopFX, we process all withdrawal requests within 1 business day from the day you submit them but the funds may take longer to reach your account, depending on your payment provider’s processing times.

**Clients with a remaining balance that is less than 50 EUR/USD, will be able to withdraw the remaining amount as per normal.
***Withdrawal requests for less than 50 USD/EUR will be cancelled if the client's remaining balance exceeds the minimum required amount.
****If you withdraw your funds prior to placing any orders, the full withdrawal fee per payment provider will apply.
TopFX charges no fees for deposits, however you might incur fees charged by your bank or payment provider. Please note that any bank wire deposit less than 50 EUR/USD will be sent back to the originating account and the costs will be covered by the client.
TopFX charges no fees for the 1st and 2nd withdrawal. From the 3rd withdrawal onwards, regular withdrawal fees will apply. This is valid for one calendar month and once a new month starts, you can still have the first two withdrawals free of charge.
There are no fees for bank wire withdrawals above 100 USD/EUR, however for amounts below 100 EUR/USD a flat fee of 10 EUR/USD per withdrawal will apply.
Your funds are kept in segregated accounts at reputable banks, separate from TopFX's own funds. Therefore, TopFX will never use your funds for operational or other purposes.
